Your Valued Leader Masterclass™ is a 1-Day event. This workshop fits everyone’s work week as it allows focused time together and time to breathe, relax and process all the insights you’ll gain together.
How many people usually attend a private masterclass?
A private masterclass can range from 3 to 20 people, but on average lands somewhere around 10 to 12. As mentioned above, this workshop is for leaders and those leaders can come from anywhere in your organization. Again, if you need some guidance on who to invite, we can help.
How do the 8 Deep Dive Sessions work?
Following your Valued Organization Masterclass, we will begin the Deep Dive Sessions with you and your team. These are 8 one-hour sessions are where we will dig deep into the Lead Framework™ to ensure you are being valued everywhere you, your team and organization need to be.
These sessions can be done in person or virtually.
Where are the private masterclasses hosted?
Your Valued Organization Masterclass™ can be hosted anywhere you like. There are some technical requirements we have as facilitators that help the flow for each attendee, but they are minimal. We can share those details with you as we book your workshop together. Some like to host their workshop on-site, some like to go off-site and get away from the everyday and others choose a virtual event. If you need some help to figure out what would suit you best, we can help and make sure you’ll get the most out of our time together.
