Shayne loves to teach. He’s been speaking in one form or another for 23 years, either as a professional actor, producer, director, business consultant, teacher, trainer, facilitator, CEO or keynote speaker. In that time, He’s dug deep into what he teaches now and has helped other leaders navigate those waters to find hope, meaning and life in what matters most to them and those they serve.
With nine children and an active life, aligning everything to purpose and building the right platform to lead from has been essential. Time management, setting goals and measuring what matters most has become a vibrant part of his life, work and family.
Through W Company, Shayne devotes his time to facilitating, speaking, writing, and teaching. At home, he aims to be a husband, father, and friend to those he’s been blessed to walk alongside.
Since starting this business, Shayne has developed The LEAD Framework™, The Valued Podcast, and the Valued Leader Platform™, with the help of this amazing team.
In all this, Shayne’s had the honour of helping hundreds and hundreds of leaders, families, organizations and their communities to find their unique value and get clear on why they’re here, where they’re meant to be and what they’re meant to do. This continues to bring hope, meaning, and life to all involved in ways never imagined.
