With eight children and an active life, aligning everything to purpose and building the right platform to lead from has been essential. Clarifying, implementing and measuring what matters most has become a vibrant part of his life, work and family.
Through W Company, Shayne devotes his time to facilitating, speaking, writing, teaching and designing. At home, he aims to be a husband, father, and friend to those he’s been blessed to walk alongside.
Having had the honour of helping hundreds of leaders, families, organizations and their communities to find their unique value and get clear on why they’re here, where they’re meant to be and what they’re meant to do, Shayne has seen first hand how realizing your purpose continues to bring hope, meaning, and life to all involved in ways never imagined.
Shayne, his wonderful wife Shelley, and their children live in Alberta, Canada.

The Valued Leader
A 3-Step Method To Move From Being Doubted To Valued
Leadership is hard. Every leader will admit that. But when you fail to understand why you’re here, where you’re meant to be and what you’re meant to do, you doubt. When you doubt, everyone you lead loses out.
But, it doesn’t need to be that way.
The Valued Leader gives you a proven three-part framework for being valued as a leader at work, in family and in society. If your audience follows this simple step-by-step process, they will clarify their purpose everywhere they are, align all they do with that purpose and then be able to lead from it, winning the people they lead to thrive in all they do.
Our clients repeatedly tell us how simple it is to focus on what matters most for them and those they lead, as they avoid the usual distractions that rob them of their value.
